CONSULTATIONS (What to expect)
Here at Noosa Microcement we aim to provide you with the most comprehensive body of information to help you make confident decisions regarding our large range of Microcement and decorative finishes. We are available to answer any and all questions regarding our products and are happy to spend anywhere from twenty minutes to an hour talking you through the elegant and stylish samples we have on display in our sunshine coast showroom.
Even with the ability to visualise what a space may look like with any exterior/interior product applied there is nothing like viewing it in person. We can show on large surface areas what a products colour and texture will be like and as a result this is why we recommend a showroom visit as the beginning of your journey.

We will always aim to get back to you in a timely manner.
The Showroom is presently open Wednesdays and Thursdays 9 - 4pm. We occasionally can take consultations at other times so if these days are not options, please provide an alternative date, day, and time.
At the consultation we will walk you through the showroom and give you the opportunity to view and touch different finishes. Any questions can be answered regarding the products ingredients, durability, and approximate costings per square metre. If products appeal and the rough pricing appears to fit within budget. We suggest a site visit to achieve an accurate quote followed by creating you sample boards to use as a guide to see if the colour, texture, and finish you requested are the desired product for your space.
After a consultation you are firstly welcome for a follow up consultation as we understand this is often a big decision. If wanting to move forward with a quoted product. We take a deposit, put you into our install schedule and prepare for application of the product. Before the install process begins we do the paperwork for your custom job. This includes signing off on your requested product type and colour, warranty and aftercare.
